To respect the peace and quiet of the environment, no music or excessive noise will be tolerated outside!

Smoking is prohibited inside the building. There is a smoking corner under the terrace.

Indoor frying, gourmet cooking or fondue, etc. are not permitted due to the strong odors (that linger in the house). BBQ is allowed (with the necessary caution) on the lower terrace.

A deposit of €500 is required. 

​

If the above rules are not adhered to, we reserve the right to offset this in whole or in part against the deposit.

Pets: 

For hygienic reasons, er no animals allowed in the living areas.
